Ingredients
- Chicken breast : 300g
- (A) Orange juice : 30ml
- (A)塩 : 小さじ1/2
- (A)おろしにんにく : 小さじ1
- (A)胡椒 : 少々
- (B)薄力粉 : 20g
- (B)片栗粉 : 20g
- 揚げ油 : 適量
- (C)お酢 : 大さじ3
- (C)オレンジジュース : 50ml
- (C)醤油 : 大さじ2
- (C)はちみつ : 大さじ1
- (C)おろしにんにく : 小さじ1
- (C)おろし生姜 : 小さじ1
- (D)片栗粉 : 小さじ1
- (D)水 : 大さじ2

Season the chicken

Remove the chicken skin and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Put chicken and (A) in a bowl and knead well.
Cover with plastic wrap and soak in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. -

Put frying oil in a pan and heat to 170 ℃.
Add chicken and fry for about 5 minutes until deep-fried.
After frying, drain the oil for about 3 minutes. -

(C)をフライパンに入れて混ぜ、中火にかける。
沸騰したら30秒程加熱をする。
火加減を弱め、水溶き片栗粉を少しずつ調整しながら加える。
1分程加熱をし、とろみがついたら一旦火を止める。 -
