    茹で卵を入れ、再度落し蓋をする。
    冷蔵庫で半日冷やして完成。
    時間がない場合は、30分程卵をつけて完成。
    皿に盛り、トッピングと付け合わせを添える。

Point

・ Sake can be replaced with shochu or awamori.
・ When using cooking liquor, reduce the amount of soy sauce and increase the amount of sugar.
