Ingredients
- 米 : 2合
- 油揚げ : 2枚
- にんじん : 1/2本(約50g)
- 大根 : 100g
- (A) Soy sauce : 2 tablespoons
- (A)塩 : 小さじ1/2~1/3
- (A)酒 : 大さじ3
- (A)みりん : 大さじ3
- 出汁 : 約300~320ml
- 三つ葉 : 適量
- たくあん : 適量

Cut the fried tofu as finely as possible. -

Point
