- black coffee : 500ml

Procedure

Soften the gelatin

Place the gelatin in a small heat-resistant bowl and add a small amount of black coffee.
Mix quickly with a whisk until combined so there are no lumps.
Set aside until the gelatin softens. -

Heat 1 in a 500W microwave for 30 seconds.
Remove the heat-resistant bowl and mix with a whisk to dissolve the gelatin. -

Add 2 back into the black coffee.
Cover the black coffee and shake well.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours -

Once you've confirmed that step 4 has solidified, squeeze it out onto a plate in the size of your choice and it's done.
Point
・The video uses black coffee in a 500ml plastic bottle.
- Allow black coffee to return to room temperature.
- When mixing the gelatin with the black coffee, be sure to mix well so that the gelatin does not clump.
・If you are not using a plastic bottle, follow the same steps up to step 2, then add the remaining black coffee to a separate bowl and heat in a 500W microwave for 1 minute, then add the black coffee with gelatin and mix everything together, then place in a storage container and allow to cool and solidify.
-You can also add ice cream or whipped cream as toppings to make it more flavorful.
- The time it takes for the coffee jelly to cool and solidify is not included in the recipe time.
