- サイリウム（オオバコ） : 3g

Point
・ You may use a mixer when mixing tofu.
・ If you eat with soy sauce, you do not need to add lacanto.
・ Adjust the amount of lacant to your liking.
・ If you use potato starch instead of psyllium, add 20g.
・ When using potato starch, heat it in the microwave for 2 minutes.
