  • Chicken thigh (with skin) : 300g

    沸騰したら鶏肉を焼いた際に出た汁と、鶏肉を皮面を上にして加える。
    再度沸騰したらアクを取り、火加減を調節しながら18分程煮込んだら完成。

Point

・ Do not chop the onions too finely.
・ Heat garlic, ginger, and tomatoes until the water is completely removed and the oil oozes.
・ Because spices are easy to burn, be careful about the heat.
・ Because cayenne pepper is spicy, be careful about the amount.
・ You may add cumin to spices.
