  • (A) Soy sauce : 100cc
  • (A) Mirin : 100cc
  • カレー粉 : 大さじ1
  • 豚バラ肉 : 100g
  • 玉ねぎ : 1/4個
  • れんこん : 40g
  • 人参 : 20g
  • ピーマン : 1個
  • 生姜 : 1かけ
  • サラダ油 : 大さじ2
  • 酒溶き片栗粉 : 適量
  • 万能ねぎ : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Cut vegetables 01:12

    Cut the onion into 2-3 mm thin pieces. Cut the carrots into strips. Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut into thin strips. Cut the lotus root into 4 equal pieces.

Point
