Ingredients

  • Unsalted butter : 100g
  • グラニュー糖 : 30g
  • 塩 : 1g
  • アーモンドプードル : 30g

  • ピスタチオ : 適量

Procedure

    160℃に予熱をしたオーブンで、18~23分焼く。
    焼けたら天板から外し、熱を冷ます。

    Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
    Cut the pistachios to the appropriate size.

  8. 8) コーティングする 06:07

    クッキー全体を、チョコレートでコーティングをする。
    ピスタチオをのせ、チョコレートが固まったら完成。
