Ingredients

  • Pork rose (block) : 200g
  • 長ねぎ : 1/2本
  • にんじん : 60g
  • 大根 : 150g
  • にんにく(薄切り) : 2片
  • 塩 : 適量
  • 酒 : 100~150ml
  • 水 : 3カップと1/2
  • みりん : 大さじ1
  • (A)醬油 : 大さじ1
  • ごま油 : 大さじ1
  • 粉唐辛子(お好み) : 適量
  • 三つ葉 : 1株
  • (B)醤油 : 大さじ1
  • 白いりごま : 小さじ1

Procedure

    Cut the radish and carrot into strips.
    Cut the green onions diagonally and cut the pork into 0.5 mm widths.

    Add sesame oil to a frying pan and fry the garlic.
    Sprinkle salt on both sides of the pork.

Point

・ For pork, block meat is recommended.
