Ingredients

  • (B)砂糖 : 大さじ1と1/2
  • 牛乳 : 大さじ1と1/2
  • 米 : 2~3合
  • すし酢 : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Cut burdock root and carrot 00:30

    Wash the burdock root, shred it and expose it to water.
    Peel the carrots and cut into julienne.
