- ココアパウダー : お好みで

Finely chop the chocolate with a kitchen knife, add lacant and melt in a water bath.

When the bottom of the chocolate melts lightly, remove it from the hot water, add warm milk and mix.

ラップをして冷蔵庫で2時間冷やす。固まったら食べやすい大きさに切ってココアパウダーをまぶして完成。
Point
・ If there is no mold, a milk carton may be used instead.
・ By using Lacanto syrup, lumps are less likely to remain.
・ Be careful as chocolate may separate if it is boiled too much.
・ Use cocoa powder as you like.
