- (A)桜パウダー : 10g

- 水 : 40ml
- (B)桜パウダー : 適量

Add fresh cream little by little and mix each time. -

Mix milk and gelatin

Put milk in a pan and heat over medium heat until just before boiling.
Remove from heat, add 1 and mix. -

茶こしで濾して混ぜ、型に流し入れる。 -

粗熱を取り、冷蔵庫で6時間~半日冷やし固める。
型から外し、(B)の桜パウダーをまぶしたら完成。
Point
・ Granulated sugar can be used as a substitute for sugar.
