- 塩 : ひとつまみ
- (A)Water : 150ml
- (A)Oyster sauce : 大さじ1
- (A)Chicken soup base : 小さじ1
- (A)Mirin : 小さじ1
- (A) Potato starch : 大さじ1/2
- 木綿豆腐 : 1/3〜1/2丁
- 酢 : 小さじ1
- ブラックペッパー : 適量
- ご飯 : 1杯
