Ingredients

  • (A) Strawberries : 250g
  • (A)砂糖 : 50g
  • (A)ゼラチン : 1g
  • 生クリーム : 100g
  • (B)ゼラチン : 2g
  • (B)砂糖 : 10g
  • プレーンヨーグルト : 125g
  • (C)ゼラチン : 3g
  • (C)砂糖 : 50g
  • お湯 : 50cc
  • サイダー : 170cc
  • water : Appropriate amount

Procedure

  1. 1) Melt gelatin powder 00:06

    Add water to gelatin powder and mix to dissolve.

  2. 2) Stew strawberries 00:12

    Cut the strawberries from (A) into 4 equal parts, put them in a pan, and heat them over medium heat.
    Add the sugar from (A), simmer and put in a bowl.

  3. 3) Add gelatin 00:51

    Add gelatin from (A), mix and cool with ice water.
    Place in a glass and chill in the refrigerator to harden.

    別のボウルを湯煎にかけ、(B)のゼラチンを入れる。
    (B)の砂糖、ヨーグルトを少量加え、混ぜ合わせる。
    湯煎から外して残りのヨーグルトを加え、混ぜる。

    5に生クリームを半量ずつ加え、その都度混ぜる。
    グラスに加え、冷蔵庫で冷やし固める。

  7. 7) サイダーゼリーを作る 02:56

    ボウルに(C)のゼラチンと砂糖、お湯を入れ、混ぜる。
    サイダーを加え、氷水にあてながら混ぜる。
    熱が取れたら、とろみがつくまで冷蔵庫で冷やす。

  8. 8) 仕上げる 03:45

    (B)のいちごを適当な大きさに切り、グラスに加える。
    サイダーゼリーを加え、冷蔵庫で半日以上冷やしたら完成。

Point

・ If you want a refreshing taste, do not add sugar to the cider jelly.
