  • (C) Salt : ひとつまみ
  • (D)塩 : 適量
  • (E)オリーブオイル : 大さじ1
  • パセリ : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Thaw seafood 02:41

    Put seafood mix, water and salt (A) in a bowl and knead.
