  • ブロッコリー : 1株
  • オリーブオイル : 小さじ1
  • 水 : 450ml
  • 鶏ガラスープの素 : 大さじ1/2
  • おろしにんにく : 小さじ1/2
  • 塩 : 適量
  • 胡椒 : 適量

  1. 1) ブロッコリーを切る 00:33

    ブロッコリーを子房に分け、洗って水気を切る。

  2. 2) ブロッコリーを焼く 00:44

    鍋にオリーブオイルをひき、強火で熱する。
    ブロッコリーを入れ、焼き目をつけたら取り出す。

  3. 3) スープを作る 01:23

    火を止めて水を入れ、強火にかけて煮立たせる。
    煮立ってきたら中火にし、鶏ガラスープの素を加える。

  4. 4) 仕上げる 01:39

    おろしにんにくを加え、沸騰してきたらブロッコリーを戻す。
    少し隙間をあけて蓋をし、1分30秒~2分加熱をする。
    火を止め、お好みで塩と胡椒を加えたら完成。
