- pork : 130g

- 青唐辛子 : 20g

- (A)醤油(薄口) : 10g
- (A)赤唐辛子粉(粗目) : 8g
- (A)赤唐辛子粉(細目) : 3g
- (A)おろしにんにく : 20g
