Ingredients

  • ご飯 : 200g
  • カレールー : 4片
  • Pork rose block : 500-600g
  • 玉ねぎ : 1個(約300g)
  • Grated garlic : 1片
  • はちみつ : 2 tsp
  • (A)塩 : ふたつまみ
  • (A)胡椒 : 適量
  • (A) Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey : 大さじ4
  • (B)塩 : 少々
  • 水 : 700cc
  • サラダ油 : 大さじ1
  • 生クリーム : 適量
  • パセリ : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare pork 03:10

    Cut the pork in half and make holes on both sides with a fork.
    Cover both sides with (A) and leave for 10 to 30 minutes.

  2. 2) Cut the onions 04:57

    Slice the onions into a bowl and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes.

  3. 3) Bake pork 06:00

    Add salad oil to a frying pan, add pork from the fat and bake.
    Once the whole is browned, take it out once.

  4. 4) 玉ねぎを炒める 07:51

    3のフライパンに玉ねぎを入れ、中火~強火で炒める。
    (B)の塩を加え、全体に焦げ目がつくまで炒める。

  5. 5) 具材を煮込む 08:56

    豚肉、水を加えて沸騰させ、蓋をして弱火で1時間半程煮込む。
    カレールー、豚肉の漬け汁、おろしにんにくを加え、混ぜる。

  6. 6) 仕上げる 10:54

    はちみつを加えて軽く煮込み、ご飯を盛った皿に加える。
    お好みで、生クリーム、パセリをかけたら完成。

Point

・ Recommended even if you add mushrooms.
・ It is recommended that pork has about 30-40% fat compared to lean meat.
-Tennessee Honey can be replaced with the same amount of Jack Daniel's and a small amount of honey.
・ Frying pans and pans should be soaked in pork.
