Ingredients
- Minced pork : 300g
- 玉ねぎ : 1 piece (350g)
- にんにく : 10g
- 生姜 : 10g
- Whole tomato can : 1缶(400g)

- バター : 25g
- サラダ油 : 大さじ1
- カレー粉 : 大さじ2
- ウスターソース : 大さじ1
- (A) Salt : 1 and 1/2 teaspoon
- (B)塩 : ひとつまみ
- 乾燥パセリ : 適量

Procedure

Cut vegetables

Finely chop the ginger and garlic.
Cut off the onion core and chop it. -

Fry garlic and ginger

Put ginger, garlic, butter and cooking oil in a frying pan and heat.
When the butter melts, reduce the heat and fry until browned. -
