Ingredients

  • Minced pork : 300g
  • 玉ねぎ : 1 piece (350g)
  • にんにく : 10g
  • 生姜 : 10g
  • Whole tomato can : 1缶(400g)

  • カレー粉 : 大さじ2
  • ウスターソース : 大さじ1

  • (B)塩 : ひとつまみ
  • 乾燥パセリ : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Cut vegetables 01:59

    Finely chop the ginger and garlic.
    Cut off the onion core and chop it.

  2. 2) Fry garlic and ginger 03:36

    Put ginger, garlic, butter and cooking oil in a frying pan and heat.
    When the butter melts, reduce the heat and fry until browned.

    Add minced pork and onions and fry for 1-2 minutes until the color of the meat changes.

    お好みで(B)の塩を加え、ご飯を盛った皿に盛る。
    お好みで、ご飯に乾燥パセリをかけたら完成。
