  • 紅茶ティーバッグ : 2袋
  • (A) Water : 420ml

  • (B)グラニュー糖 : 15g
  • (B)粉ゼラチン : 3g
  • (B)お湯 : 15ml
  • ミントの葉(トッピング用) : 適量
  • レモン(トッピング用) : 適量

Procedure

    Place in ice water and cool to 50-60 ° C.

Point

・ Use tea bags with weak tannins.
・ Be careful because Uva, Assam, and Darjeeling have strong tannins.
・ When extracting black tea, do not touch the tea bag.
・ If you extract too much black tea, the jelly will become cloudy, so be careful.
・ Mix granulated sugar while the black tea is hot.
-For lemon juice, commercially available lemon juice may be used.
