- (A) Sugar : 70g
- (A) Butter : 80g
- (A) Lemon : 1/2 piece
- (A) Flour : 200g

Melt and add the butter from (A) and mix. -

Make dough

Grate the lemon from (A) to 1 and mix.
Add the flour and baking powder from (A) and mix.
Divide it into two equal parts, wrap it in plastic wrap, and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. -

Add half the amount of plain yogurt and mix each time.
Add sugar and flour from (B) and mix. -
