  • egg yolk : 2 pieces
  • (A) Sugar : 70g
  • (A) Butter : 80g
  • (A) Lemon : 1/2 piece
  • (A) Flour : 200g

  • (B)バター : 適量
  • (B)レモン : 1/2個

Procedure

  1. 1) Mix egg yolk and sugar 00:01

    Put egg yolk and sugar (A) in a bowl and mix.
    Melt and add the butter from (A) and mix.

    Grate the lemon from (A) to 1 and mix.
    Add the flour and baking powder from (A) and mix.
    Divide it into two equal parts, wrap it in plastic wrap, and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    Put egg whites in a bowl and whisk for 2-3 minutes.
    Add half the amount of plain yogurt and mix each time.
    Add sugar and flour from (B) and mix.

    容器に(B)のバターを塗り、打粉をまぶす。
    生地を敷き、クリームを入れて(B)のレモンをすりおろす。
    180℃に予熱をしたオーブンで35分焼き、粉糖をかけたら完成。
