Ingredients
- Chinese steamed noodles : For 4 people
- (A) Water : 400ml
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ5
- (A) Mirin : 大さじ2
- (A) Sake : 大さじ2
- (A) Skipjack powder : 大さじ1/2
- (A) It's white : 大さじ1
- (A) Sugar : 大さじ1
- 豚こま肉 : 200g

- Red pickled ginger : お好みで

Point
