Cut apples

Divide the apple into 4 equal parts, remove the core, and peel.
Divide into 8 equal parts and then cut into cubes. -

Put 1 in a heat-resistant container and add granulated sugar and apple peel (appropriate amount).
Mix, wrap and heat in a 600W microwave for 10 minutes. -

Melt unsalted butter, add and mix well. -

Point
・ Granulated sugar can be replaced with ordinary sugar.
・ By putting apple skin without throwing it away, the color will improve.
・ The heated apple juice is delicious when sprinkled on yogurt or cereal.
・ If you put the caramel and apples separately in the mold, they may harden at the bottom without getting entangled with the apples, so it is recommended to mix them before pouring.
・ If you don't have a parchment paper, apply a thin layer of butter to the mold and boil it in hot water when removing it.
・ You may make it in a cocotte or cup shape instead of a pound cake type.
