    フライパンに油をひきエンドウ豆、コーン、ピーマン、ウィンナー、小ねぎを入れて、塩をふりかけ炒める。炒めたものを一旦ボールに入れる。

    ボールに入れた具材に卵を2個割り入れ混ぜる。

    弱火のフライパンに油をひき、まず耳の部分のみを焼く。その中央に混ぜた具材を流し入れ、上にスライスチーズ、パンの白い部分を重ねて、フライ返しで押さえながら焼く。両面に焼き色がついたら完成。
