Fry to a temperature of 170-180 degrees over heat.

Point

・ For minced chicken, we use minced chicken thigh and chicken breast. You can use minced meat of your favorite part.
・ By adding mayonnaise, the texture is soft and finished.
・ Adjust the amount of black pepper in (D) to your liking.
・ You may use curry powder or chili powder if you like.
・ By finely chopping in step 3, it becomes familiar with minced chicken.
・ In step 5, if you apply oil (outside the amount) to two spoons, it will be easier to remove the meat.
