Ingredients
- Pork belly (thin slices) : 250g
- ginger : 適量
- 片栗粉 : 適量
- (A)しょうゆ : 大さじ1と1/2
- (A)みりん : 大さじ1と1/2

Mix (A).
Leave the ginger in the skin and chop it. -

Heat the frying pan and fry the pork belly.
When the pork belly is cooked, sprinkle it with potato starch and bake it while sprinkling it.
Add ginger, mix lightly, add (A) and bake while entwining the whole. -

Point
・ Pork belly can be used as a substitute for shoulder loin or ginger.
・ Ginger will last longer if it is soaked in water (water should be changed daily).
・ Adjust the amount of ginger to your liking.
・ Since pork belly contains a lot of oil, no oil is required when frying (oil may be used depending on the material of the frying pan).
・ If excess oil comes out when frying pork belly, lightly wipe it off with kitchen paper.
・ Adjust the sauce in (A) to your liking.
・ If you want sweetness, add a small amount of sugar before adding (A).
