- にんにく : 1玉
- 昆布 : 1枚
- 水 : 800cc
- 酒 : 100cc
- 塩 : 小さじ1

Put kelp and water in a pot and take the soup stock.

Peel the garlic. Cut the green onions diagonally to a size that is easy to eat.

昆布の入った鍋に長ネギ、にんにく、手羽肉、酒、塩を入れて煮立つまで加熱する。

アクを取り除き、弱火にしたらアルミホイルで落とし蓋をして50〜60分煮込む。

Point
・ Cut the chicken wings in half from the joints.
・ You may make salt ramen by adding boiled Chinese noodles and vegetables to the soup.
・ Garlic can be easily peeled off by heating it in the microwave for about 50 seconds.
・ If you like, you can add soy sauce or chili oil to the soup.
