Point
                            ・ A recipe for fried tofu and oyster stir-fried with garlic that can be made with two ingredients.
 -Ideal for main dishes and side dishes.
・ Atsuage uses cotton, but silk is also acceptable.
・ If you are concerned about fried tofu oil, lightly press it with kitchen paper to wipe off the oil.
