Boil the pasta for 7 minutes. -

Heat a frying pan, add shimeji mushrooms and bake for about 2 minutes to burn the surface.
Add 2 and fry.
When the pasta boiling time is 2 minutes and 30 seconds left, add 1 ladle of boiled pasta juice.
Add mentsuyu and heat. -

Point
・ The pasta is boiled for 7 minutes.
・ Sausage or bacon may be used as a substitute for pork rose slices.
・ Shimeji mushrooms may be replaced with mushrooms of your choice such as Maitake mushrooms.
・ Boil water in a pot before step 1.
・ Shimeji mushrooms are burnt in step 4 to make them fragrant.
・ When using a frying pan that is easily burnt, add the oil after adding the pork belly in step 4.
・ Mentsuyu is twice as concentrated.
・ If you don't have mentsuyu, you can use soy sauce, sake and mirin instead.
・ When adding mentsuyu in step 4, you may add Japanese-style granule soup stock if you like.
・ Steps 3 and 4 are performed at the same time.
