Ingredients
- Minced pork : 350g
- ひきわり納豆 : 1パック
- ニンニク : 10g
- 生姜 : 5g
- 長ネギ : 20cm
- (A)輪切り唐辛子 : 小さじ1
- (A)酒 : 小さじ1
- (A)合わせ味噌 : 大さじ1と1/2
- (B)しょうゆ : 小さじ1/2
- (B)ごま油 : 適量

For ginger, peel the skin with the back of a knife and chop it.
Crush the garlic with a knife, peel and chop.
Cut the green onions into two equal parts vertically, and then cut them into three equal parts vertically with the cross section facing down.
Cut into thin slices and chop. -

Point
・ If you want to bring out only the flavor of ginger, you can use grated ginger in a tube instead.
・ If you are concerned about the smell of garlic, you do not need to add it.
・ Since minced pork is thin, you can take it out of the refrigerator and cook it immediately.
・ The sliced red pepper may be replaced with a bit of red pepper or black pepper.
・ If you do not use alcohol, you can substitute the same amount of water.
-The minced pork may be replaced with minced chicken, minced beef, minced pork, or any other meat of your choice.
・ Do not use the sauce and mustard that comes with natto.
