  • 醤油 : 適量
  • 酒 : 大さじ1
  • 紅生姜 : 適量
  • 小ねぎ : 適量

    長ねぎをみじん切りにする。にんにくは潰して芽を取り、粗くみじん切りにする。豚こま肉を細かく切る。卵を容器に割り入れ、といておく。

    フライパンに油をひき、火をつける。豚こま肉に(A)の塩をふり、フライパンに入れ焦げ目がつくまで炒める。にんにくを加え、香りが出たら卵を入れかき混ぜ、ご飯を加えて炒める。(B)の調味料と長ねぎを入れ更に炒め、醤油を回し酒を入れる。

  3. 3) 盛り付ける 07:21

    茶碗に2を入れて皿に返し、紅生姜を添え小ねぎを乗せたら完成。
