- 片栗粉 : 大さじ1

Boil the water in a pan and boil the quail eggs for 4 minutes.
Raise it in a colander, cool it with cold water, and peel it off when the heat is removed. -

Cut the chikuwa vertically into two equal parts.
Put the cut chikuwa, 1 and potato starch in a bag, shake and sprinkle with potato starch.
Place 1 on the inside of the chikuwa, wrap it, and fasten it with a toothpick. -

Add salad oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat.

Point
・ When boiling quail eggs, mix them with chopsticks so that the yolks are in the center.
・ If you put boiled quail eggs in a container with a lid and shake it with a small amount of water, water will enter from the cracks and it will be easier to squeeze.
・ When putting in a frying pan, if you have a toothpick, the potato starch will not come off.
