  • (A) Hot cake mix : 150g

  • (B) Almond powder : 40g

  • (B) Sugar : 15g
  • (B) Salad oil : 40㏄
  • (C) Salad oil : 1 tsp
  • (D) Strawberry jam : 30g
  • (D)水 : 10㏄

Procedure

  1. 1) Make tart dough 00:31

    Remove the air from the bag and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    Remove the dough from the bag and press the dough against the mold to shape it.
    Make a few holes in the bottom with a fork.

・ The mold is of the type that the bottom comes off.
・ Applying vegetable oil to the mold makes it easier to remove from the mold after baking.
・ Apply oil to the tart-shaped unevenness.
・ When stretching the dough slightly larger than the mold, stretch it to the same thickness.
・ When removing the dough from the bag, cut the three sides of the bag with scissors to make it easier to remove.
・ Put the dough that sticks out of the mold inside to adjust the thickness.
・ If the dough sticks out 3 mm from the mold, it will be finished beautifully.
・ If the color is too brown during baking, cover it with aluminum foil.
・ If you remove the dough from the mold while it is warm, it will crumble, so cool it down before removing it.
・ If the strawberry jam is difficult to melt, heat it in the microwave for about 20 seconds and mix.
