- (A) Grated apples : 250g (about 1 piece)
- (A)レモン汁 : 小さじ1

- (A)水 : 30ml
- グリュイエールチーズ : 300g
- バター : 適量

- 玉ねぎ(大) : 7個
- (B)野菜ブイヨン : 2000ml
- (B)生クリーム : 800ml
- (B)塩 : 適量
- (B)こしょう : 適量
- マカロニ : 1000g
- パセリ : 適量
Make an apple strudel
Put (A) in a pan and heat it to remove water.
Grate Gruyere cheese in a bowl.
Finely chop the garlic with a kitchen knife, cut the onion in half and slice it into thin slices.
Cut the bacon to the size you like.
Fry the ingredients
Put butter in a frying pan and melt.
Add garlic and bacon and mix with a spatula.
Add onions and fry well over low to medium heat until colored.
After frying well, transfer to a plate.
Put (B) in a pan and bring to a boil.
Add macaroni, cover and boil macaroni over low heat on time (10 minutes this time).
Turn off the heat when the macaroni has absorbed enough water.
Add 2 Gruyere cheese and salt and pepper (not included in the amount) to taste and mix well.
Place 3 on top and sprinkle with Gruyere cheese and parsley to finish.
