Put gelatin plates one by one in water and leave for about 10 minutes.

Heat in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. -

Add the rest of the milk and mix. -

Point
・ Heat the milk to 50-60 ℃.
-Maple syrup or sugar may be used instead of honey.
・ If the room temperature is high or if you cook in the summer, put it in the refrigerator.
・ If the cream becomes hard, whisk it again.
