Peel the potatoes with a peeler and remove the sprouts.
Cut the potatoes into 1.5 cm to 2 cm widths with a kitchen knife.
Put potatoes and water in a bowl and expose for 5 minutes.
Cut off the roots of the onion with a kitchen knife and slice along the fibers.
Cut the bacon into 1 cm wide pieces and remove the overlapping parts.
Cut the sausage diagonally into 2 to 3 equal parts. -

Drain the potatoes from 1 and wrap them lightly to create one air inlet / outlet.
Heat in the microwave at 600W for 3-4 minutes.
Stab a potato with a toothpick, and when it's cooked for about 80%, add sugar and a pinch of salt (not included in the amount) and mix. -

Put the mayonnaise in a frying pan, set to medium heat, add the onions and bacon, and wait until the mayonnaise melts a little.
When the mayonnaise melts a little, entangle it with a spatula.
When the onions are translucent, add the sausages, potatoes and granule consomme, mix and fry the whole.
Fry for about 1 minute and 30 seconds, turn off the heat, add (A), and mix again on medium heat.
Taste and season with salt (not included).
Serve on a plate, sprinkle with parsley, and finish.
Point
・ For potatoes, use make-in that does not easily crumble.
・ Only one of bacon (thick sliced bacon is acceptable) and sausage may be used. You can adjust the amount to your liking.
・ By substituting mayonnaise for oil, it feels better.
・ Cut potatoes into small pieces for lunch. If you eat it as a side dish, cut it to the size you like.
・ When heating in a microwave oven at 500W in step 2, add 20 to 30 seconds to heat. After heating, turn off any water.
・ Heating in a microwave oven shortens the time and makes it harder to boil.
・ In step 2, add the seasoning to the potatoes first to add sweetness and richness.
・ When frying, mix and fry the whole so as not to burn. If it looks like it will burn, reduce the heat.
・ The potatoes are soaked in taste and are bite-sized and easy to eat.
