When it hardens, remove it from the pack and cut it into pieces to complete.
Point
・ By heating the banana, it becomes sufficiently sweet without adding sweeteners.
・ Soy milk and almond milk can be used as a substitute. When soy milk is used, it has a firmer and refreshing taste than milk. Almond milk does not harden depending on the type.
・ Make the same amount of milk and banana. During step 1, it is advisable to weigh the bananas in a peeled state.
・ If you want to make a smooth pudding, use a mixer or blender in step 3.
・ When heating in step 3, stop until the surroundings boil a little. Note that if you heat it too much, the milk will separate and will not harden.
・ When putting the ingredients in the milk carton, lightly moisten the pack with water to make it easier to remove from the mold.
・ Although the milk carton is used in the video, you may use your favorite pudding type.
