An ordinary housewife who loves visiting cafes and making sweets and bread. Six years ago, I suddenly developed hives and was diagnosed with a wheat allergy. Amidst the despair of not being able to eat the things he used to eat and the things he liked, he discovered rice flour. I was so impressed when I ate rice flour pancakes for the first time. Three years ago, I started posting recipe videos on YouTube in hopes of being helpful to people with the same wheat allergy. Recently, I've been concerned about the sugar content of rice flour, so I've been focusing on developing low-carbohydrate and gluten-free snack recipes, focusing on okara powder and oatmeal. Sometimes vegan recipes too. My sons, who don't like okara (lol), are trying out a number of prototype snacks, with strict criticism.
