Cut enoki mushrooms
Cut off the enoki mushroom and cut it in half.
Boil the enoki mushrooms
Put enoki mushrooms and (A) in a pan and heat over medium heat.
While mixing, simmer for 4-5 minutes until thickened.
Add vinegar to 2 and heat for 1 minute while mixing to complete.
