- 片栗粉 : 大さじ3

Set aside a little for toppings, put the rest of the green onions and (B) in a bowl and mix. -

Point
・ If you don't have a tube of ginger and garlic, you can grate the raw one.
・ If you make a hole in the chicken wings with a fork, the gravy will come out, so you cannot open it.
・ If the seasoning of (A) in which the chicken wings are soaked is left over, you may mix it with (B).
・ When adding the seasoning liquid to the frying pan, pour it through the gap so that the chicken wings do not absorb water.
・ If you are not good at raw green onions, you do not need topping green onions.
・ Tomatoes are recommended for garnishing.
