- Ome : 1kg
- 粗塩 : 50g
- 甜菜糖 : 400g

Procedure

Let the salt blend in

Remove the calyx of Ome, wash with water, and drain.
Sprinkle ome with coarse salt, knead for 10 minutes, and leave for another 10 minutes. -

Wipe off the water with kitchen paper. -

Point
・ Sugar beet sugar can be changed to your favorite sugar.
・ Use ome that is hard and has no scratches.
・ Ome calyx should be removed using a bamboo skewer.
・ If Ome does not crack, make a notch about half a lap.
・ You may pickle in a cool and dark place instead of the refrigerator.
・ When pickling ome, mix the whole once a day.
