Ingredients

  • Oyster sauce : 1 tablespoon
  • Nampula : 1.5 tbsp
  • Minced pork : 300g

  • green pepper : 2 pieces
  • Grated garlic : 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce and sugar : 1 teaspoon each
  • Dried basil : 2 tsp
  • Salt if you like : 1/4 teaspoon
  • Pepper : a little
  • rice : 4 bowls (800g)
  • egg : 2 pieces

Procedure
