- (A) 顆粒寒天 : 小さじ1～1/2
- (A) ラカントホワイト : 小さじ1～2

Put water and (A) in a bowl and mix.
Heat in a 600w microwave for 3 minutes and mix gently. -

Put the dough in a mold to crush air bubbles and cool at room temperature.
Cool and harden in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to complete.
Point
・ Use granule agar that can be melted in a microwave oven.
・ The mold is recommended even if you use a pack.
・ Wet the mold with water before adding the dough.
・ If you like, it is recommended to sprinkle with soybean flour or black honey.
・ Instead of a microwave oven, you may heat it in a pan.
