- Cotton tofu : 1 chome
- 大葉 : 5枚
- チーズ : 適量
- (A) 醤油 : 大さじ2
- (A) みりん : 大さじ2
- (A) 酒 : 大さじ1
- (A) 砂糖 : 小さじ2
- (A) めんつゆ (4倍濃縮) : 小さじ1
- (A) おろし生姜 : 小さじ1/2
- (A) バター : 10g

Cook over medium heat until both sides are browned. -
