  • Lotus root (grated) : 70g

  • (B) Bread crumbs : 4 tbsp
  • (B) Egg : 1 piece
  • (B) Mayonnaise : 1 tablespoon
  • (A) Salt : 適量
  • (A) Pepper : 適量
  • Starch : 適量
  • Salad oil : Appropriate amount
  • (C) Soy sauce : 大さじ2
  • (C) Mirin : 2 tablespoons
  • (C) Cooking sake : 大さじ1
  • (C)砂糖 : 大さじ1

  1. 1) Prepare the onions 01:42

    ボウルに(C)を入れ、混ぜる。

  6. 6) フライパンで焼く 06:51

    フライパンにサラダ油をひき、中火で30秒温める。
    火を止め、4のレンコン側を下にし、焼き色がつくまで弱中火で2~3分焼く。
    裏返し、分量外の水大さじ1を入れ、蓋をして弱火で3~5分蒸し焼きする。
    5の合わせ調味料を回し入れ、弱中火でとろみがつくまで2分煮詰めて完成。

Point
