Grate the lemon zest and slice the fruit into slices.
Cut the zucchini into thin strips with a slicer. -

Put olive oil and garlic in a frying pan.
Remove from heat, slice lemon and add boiled juice.
Shake the frying pan to emulsify and heat again. -

Sprinkle with salt and pepper, let it blend in, and serve on a plate.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and lemon zest and you're done.
Point
・ Crush garlic in advance to remove sprouts.
・ Zucchini may be cut into thin strips with a kitchen knife.
