Preparing Shirataki Falls
Place the shirataki in a bowl and cut into easy-to-eat lengths with kitchen scissors.
Rinse under running water until the smell of shirataki is removed, drain in a colander.
Prepare the deep-fried tofu
Sandwich the fried tofu with kitchen paper and press down to remove excess oil.
Cut the aburaage in half lengthwise, then cut into 1 cm wide pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add ground beef and fry.
When the minced meat is cooked through, add shirataki and aburaage, and mix the whole to blend.
After that, add the red pepper slices and fry lightly, then add (A) and fry until the moisture evaporates.
Arrange on a plate and top with sesame and chopped green onions to complete.
