Ingredients
- ニラ : 3~4本
- もやし : 1/2袋
- 豚しゃぶしゃぶ用肉(肩ロース、バラなど) : 10枚
- 塩 : 少々
- 酒 : 大さじ1
- green onion : One
- taiko sesame oil : 100ml(約大さじ7)
- (A)醤油 : 大さじ4
- (A)砂糖 : 小さじ1
- (A)酢 : 小さじ2
- (A)にんにく : 1片
- (A)白いりごま : 小さじ2

Chop the onion and put it in the frying pan.
Add Taiko sesame oil and heat over medium heat.
Mix seasoning (A) in a bowl and add colored green onions. -

Cut the chives into 3-4cm lengths with kitchen scissors.
Sprinkle salt on the pork, place 1/10 of the bean sprouts and leek on top and roll.
Arrange on a heatproof plate with the end of the roll facing down.
Pour in sake, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave oven for 3 minutes.
Remove from microwave and turn red side up.
Heat in 30 second increments until hot. -

・Put the sauce in a clean container and store it in the refrigerator for a week.
・Meat for pork shabu-shabu is easy to roll and easy to cook.
・If you arrange the rolls radially on a heat-resistant plate, the cooking will be even.
・If the meat is not cooked, turn the red part of the meat upwards and heat it further.
