Ingredients

  • ニラ : 3~4本
  • もやし : 1/2袋
  • 豚しゃぶしゃぶ用肉(肩ロース、バラなど) : 10枚
  • 塩 : 少々
  • 酒 : 大さじ1
  • green onion : One
  • taiko sesame oil : 100ml(約大さじ7)
  • (A)醤油 : 大さじ4
  • (A)砂糖 : 小さじ1
  • (A)酢 : 小さじ2
  • (A)にんにく : 1片
  • (A)白いりごま : 小さじ2

    Chop the onion and put it in the frying pan.
    Add Taiko sesame oil and heat over medium heat.
    Mix seasoning (A) in a bowl and add colored green onions.
