- Firm tofu : 1 piece (300g)
- 大葉 : 4枚
- スライスチーズ : 2枚
- 片栗粉 : 適量
- サラダ油 : 適量
- めんつゆ(2倍濃縮) : 大さじ4
- 小ねぎ : 2本
