- (A) Butter : 15g
- (A) Oatmeal : 50g
- (A) Lakanto : 1-2 tbsp (15g)
- (A)ベーキングパウダー : 5g

- 牛乳 : 少々

Drain the silken tofu and put it in the bag.

Crush the butter so that it fits into the cold silken tofu and gather the dough. -

Fold the dough 2-3 times using plastic wrap.
Make it about 2.5 cm thick.
Cut into 4 equal parts with a knife. -

Bake in a toaster at 170 degrees for about 13 to 15 minutes to complete.
Point
・Easy to make with a toaster.
・Egg is not used.
-Replace butter with vegetable or coconut oil for a vegan recipe.
・Use quick oats for oatmeal.
・Add salt if the butter is unsalted.
・At step 1, do not mix the butter too much.

・Preheat the toaster to 170 degrees.
・If using an oven, preheat to 180 degrees and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
